1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. NSW permit No. LTPS/17/16642

2. The competition runs from 12am (AEST) 1/9/2017 to 11pm (AEST) 30/11/2017. Purchases MUST be made during these dates.

3. All entries are to include entry form and proof of purchase and are to be sent to Beachport Liquid Minerals head office via info@beachportliquidminerals.com.au or via fax (08) 8725 8574.

4. All entries MUST be received by Beachport Liquid Minerals no later than 5 pm AEST 5/12/2017 to be included in the draw.

5. Entrants (and their companions, as relevant) may be required by the Promoter to participate in photo, recording, video or film session(s), and they grant the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) to the Promoter to use in any manner it sees fit.

6. Entry is dependent upon purchase of 20L, 200L or 1000L Beachport Liquid Minerals product, and is open to anyone who fulfils the entry criteria below. The directors, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.

7. Upon purchase of a 20L Beachport Liquid Minerals product the participant will receive 1 entry into the prize draw.

Purchase of a 200L or 200L Starter Pack of Beachport Liquid Minerals product will provide the participant with 5 entries into the prize draw.

Purchase of a 1000L or 1000L Starter Pack of Beachport Liquid Minerals product will provide the participant with 10 entries into the prize draw.

8. Multiple entry forms ARE NOT required. Proof of purchase MUST confirm purchased product.

9. Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email or postal address (as requested), to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

10. A random prize draw will be conducted at Beachport Liquid Minerals, 11a Calula Drive Mount Gambier SA 5290 by the Promoter at 12 pm AEST on 8 December 2017.

11. The winner will be notified via phone call on December 8th, 2017.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.

13. Total prize value is up to $2400.00 over the Promotional Period (Including GST). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

14. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation. Cash will not necessarily be awarded as a substitute. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

15.The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is subject to State and Territory legislation but also final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Prizes are subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address as stated in their original entry. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
